The DATAR, the Transfrontier Operational Mission (MOT) and the French network of Urban Planning Agencies, in partnership with the City of Nancy and the Nancy region urban planning agency, the first European seminar dedicated to the observation of cross-border territories, the 10th of December 2012 in Nancy. This event has gathered 180 people.
