Habitat III in Quito

The Habitat summits take place every 20 years on the initiative of UN-Habitat, to provide the guidelines for a sustainable city.
After Vancouver in 1976, Istanbul in 1996, Habitat III will be held in Quito on the topic of housing and sustainable urban development : what future for urbanization ? and is meant to define a New Urban Agenda (NUA) for the 20 years to come. The FNAU will be present at this event with a delegation of elected representatives. It will launch on this occasion a global network of metropolitan and territorial planning agencies (MTPA-gn).
