Lorraine Nord Urban planning and sustainable development agency – AGAPE
AGAPE was created in 2000 and is a permanent consulting and research organization for local authorities in Nord Lorrain transfrontalier about territorial and urban planning.
The agency supports local authorities in the conception and implementation of planning policies.
In 2016, AGAPE is composed by 51 members : 8 intercommunalities, 20 municipalities, the government, the Grand Est Region, a county and other local territorial planning actors.
