The 3rd edition of the Climate Chance Africa Summit will take place from the 15 to the 17 of september 2021 in virtual (more informations about the summit here). This edition of the summit will articulated around the question of sustainability and fight againt climate change, in preparation of the COP 26 in Glasgow and aiming the COP 21 which will take place in 2022 on the African continent.
The Fnau, with the MTPA-gn are in charge of the African coalition of Climate Chance “planning cities in a sustainable way”. In the frame of the coalition workshop, the Fnau and MTPA-gn associated with the Institut Paris Region for organizing an Urban Thinkers Campus of UN-Habitat, which will be part of a series of webinars about the stakes of planning climate resilience of metropolises around the world. This first event of the series focus on the African continent. The methodology of the Urban Thinkers Campus helps to identify concrete initiatives and recommendations, which will be inputs for the roadmap of the coalition and for the World Urban Campaign.
