The urban planning agencies

Rouen and Seine/Eure loops urban planning agency was created in 2009 with the will of its members, i.e. of the state, local authorities, and public institutions. It works mainly on the living area of Rouen, representing 700 000 inhabitants, 300 000 emplois, and more than 40 000 students.
